Both the MICEX and RTS exchanges were closed today at 11 am Moscow time. While the RTS will be closed for one hour, the MICEX will be closed for almost two days, until Friday, RIA Novosti reports. By the time of closure, the MICEX had dropped 14,35 percent while the RTS had falled 11,51 percent.
