The rating conducted by the federal Technical Control Agency (Rostekhnadzor) shows that the companies responsible for electricity and heating supplies are worst off in Arkhangelsk, Murmansk, as well as another eight regions, MBnews.ru reports. The rating is based on inspectors’ controls of 198 power stations, 11.110 heating boilers, as well as 305 power grid companies all over the country.
