New boss of Russian fisheries
Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has appointed Ilya Shestakov as Head of The Russian Fisheries Agency Rosrybolovstvo.
Shestakov also holds post as Deputy Minister of Agriculture. Earlier this week the Government informed that the post as Head of the Fisheries Agency will be combined with the position as Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Vedomosti reports.
The agency’s previous boss, Andrey Krayny, had led the office since 2008.
