As previously reported, Russia presented a plan on the introduction of visa-free travel during the Russia-EU Summit in Rostov-On-Don in May this year. The country’s foreign ministry now expects that the EU will present an official response on the issue.
Talking to a Russian TV-channel last weekend, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Russia had “still not got any EU reaction” on the plan, but that he expects a response “by early December”, RIA Novosti reports.
