The plan is to create an Arctic tourism centre in the city of Salekhard, the capital of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Region, reports Voice of Russia.
Finland has over the last decades created massive winter tourism in Lapland, and the delegation from Yamal will study the Finnish experiences.
