Pezaniki city

Project's plan: "The architecture and urbanism office Transborder Studios plans together with Denis Shirshov, the art and architecture organization 0047 and the art festival Barents Spektakel to realize an urban survey and visionary work on the Russian and Norwegian border cities of Pechenga, Zapoljarny, Nikel and Kirkenes. The aim of the project is to examine the potential of urban development and co-operation across the border, and also to enhance the level of knowledge concerning these cities. The project will be executed in Norway and Russia between October 2007 and February 2008"
