Project's plan: "Murmansk is experiencing a considerable lack of professionals within coastal fishing and the sea product industry. There are no offers for training of these professionals in Northwest Russia. The project arranges for training of professionals within new vocational courses in that this is relevant for Archangelsk and Leningrad counties and the Republic of Karelia. "
