An agreement on the issue is part of an agreement signed by Rosatom and EBRD this week. The funding for “Lepse” is part of a bigger 70 million EUR support package to Russia. The “Lepse” has for years been a headache for both the Murmansk Shipping Company and Atomflot, the companies, which have had the responsibility for the vessel.
