The Norwegian Coast Guard vessel ”KV Harstad” arrived Murmansk yesterday with a delegation of high-ranking Norwegian Coast Guard and Border Guard representatives, led by Head of the Norwegian Armed Forces’ Operative Command Vice Admiral Håkon Brun-Hansen.
Commanding officers in the Norwegian Coast Guard will also meet with the civilian leadership of Murmansk – Mayor Aleksey Veller, Baltinfo.ru reports.
