Ksenia Kipurova

Ksenia Kipurova is an advisor at the regional office of the Norwegian Barents Secretariat in Arkhangelsk. Before she worked with international youth projects in the Barents region and was a member of the Barents Regional Youth Council for five years as well as its chairperson during 2010-2011. The Council works with a high variety of youth projects in different spheres in the Barents region. 

Ksenia studied at the Northern Arctic Federal University in Arkhangelsk and the University of Nordland in Bodø. She obtained linguistic education as well as got a Bachelor in Circumpolar studies gaining knowledge of economy, politics, culture, peoples, climate and natural resources of the Barents region.

Since October, 2007 she worked as a voluntary in the Ministry of youth, sport and tourism and worked as a Chief of the Barents regional youth projects in Arkhangelsk. Ksenia has work experience in different spheres including being a tourist guide of the of the Solovetsky state historical-architectural and natural open air museum on the Solovetsky archipelago in the White Sea, a teacher of English and a choreographer.
