The organizers say the registration of participants has been temporarily suspended due to the huge number of applications. The limit of 1000 participants is exceeded, and the organizers are now considering doubling this quota. In order to host a large number of participants it is expected to use all possible options, including participants’ accommodation on passenger ships. The Prime Minister of Russia, Vladimir Putin, has also confirmed his participation in the Forum.
