Norwegian, Russian High School in Murmansk is located at Gymnasium No. 1. -
The class is mixed with students from both the Kola Peninsula and northern Norway. -
Headmaster Bjarne Berg at the High School believes students from northern Russia have several advantages that Norway demands and that can’t be found to the same extent in other European countries. -
Troms County in northern Norway has been pioneering the school in Murmansk since the start up four years ago. -
The High School class was visited by Norwegian Parliament members and regional authorities from Troms County. -
The students have to learn both Norwegian and Russian languages. -
The students gave a presentation of the High School to the delegation from Norway.
