In Murmansk Oblast, Governor Dmitry Dmitriyenko highlights that the return of the presidency to Vladimir Putin first of all means that Russia will develop with a high level of stability.

-Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin took over when the country was torn apart by vertical and horizontal relations, when there was no management system and when there were a lot of “hot spots”, Dmitriyenko says in a comment to the press. –Now we see a completely different country, which does not only develop gradually, but which first of all delivers its social obligations to the citizens, he adds.

Speaker in the Murmansk regional Duma, Yevgenii Nikora, in a comment stresses that he highly values Medvedev’s new position in the United Russia party. -The Congress again shows that United Russia is the only party which is a reliable support pillar for Russians and which can provide real stability and development of the country, he adds.
