Russian students told not to go abroad

Russia’s top epidemiologist Gennady Onishchenko says Russian regions should take measures to keep students and schoolchildren from going abroad in order to prevent spreading of the swine flu.

Location

Mr. Onishchenko also calls on the introduction of strict control of the children returning home from foreign countries. The groups coming home should be provided with medical checks and must be under observation in the incubation period. If a member of the group is infected, the whole group will be taken in carantene.
