“Pavel Batov” was arrested because it did not report its capelin fishing to the Norwegian authorities as officially needed.
The Kaliningrad registrated “Pavel Batov” was taken in to the town of Vardø on the Norwegian Barents Sea coast by the coastguard vessel “Farm”.
