The highest unemployment in Northwest Russia is in the far northern and oil-rich Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
The Nenets AO has a total of 1041 unemployed individuals, which is 4,3 percent of the whole regional population, leader of the Arkhangelsk Labor and Employment Agency Pavel Shelvelev told Regnum.
