The Arctic Forum is organized by the Russian Geographical Society. -
Artur Chilingarov, famous Russian polar explorer and First Vice-Preseident of the Russian Geographical Society. -
The 3rd International Arctic Forum was the largest so far, and gathered according to the organizers nearly 700 people. -
