"Fridtjof Nansen" is a frigate of the Royal Norwegian Navy. She was launched in 2006 and is the lead ship of the Fridtjof Nansen class of warships, the main surface combatant units of Norway's navy.
"Admiral Chabanenko" is a Udaloy II-class anti-submarine destroyer that was taken into service in the Northern Fleet in 1999.
