I visited village Teriberka about 120 kilometers from Murmansk. It is on the shore of Arctic Ocean. -
In Teriberka you can see a local garage and it seems to have a shopping kiosk of women shoe ware. -

The elections of governor and town parliament took place in September 2014. Someone had a text "Honest mayor for Murmansk" in his/her beautiful car. The car was parked in front of the administration, the "Yellow House" of Murmansk. -
This decoration for Volga car was found in Murmansk Avto-Rynok, car-market. I wanted to buy one for my Finnish friend, a Voolga-lover, for present. The price was 150 rubles. But when the Volga-seller in market heard, that it will go to Finland for a Volga-lover, he gave it to me for free. "You have a difficult situation in Finland. I want to support your economy and let the industry of yours start grow again. Best wishes to Finland!", he said with friendly and laughing eyes. -
