The deputy mayor of the Russian border town of Pechenga has been charged by prosecutors for having exceeded her powers.
Ms. Nedezhda Sobokareva deputy leader in the Pechenga town administration is charged for illegitimately having paid her superior Mr Yevgeny Chernyadev more than 100 000 RUB from the town budget, Regnum reports.
