The Russian Nature Control Authority (Rosprirodnadzpor) has fined the owners of the Belokamenka terminal tanker for air pollution in the Kola Bay.

According to the watchdog’s Northwest Russian department, the tanker owners have violated emission regulations. “Harmful emissions” have been emitted to the atmosphere without necessary permissions, Portnews.ru reports. Oil company Rosneft is the owner of the 360,000 terminal tanker stationed in the Kola Bay near the city of Murmansk. The fine is 44000 RUB (5000 EUR)
