Earlier this year, Finland expelled a Russian diplomat over links to a case where a Finnish policeman was found guilty of accepting a bribe.
Finland’s foreign ministry said Tuesday that it would refrain from taking action after Russia’s decision to expel an official from Finland’s embassy in Moscow, adding the move was a normal diplomatic countermeasure, Newsroom Finland reports.
-He is not guilty in any offences and will continue to work in the ministry in Helsinki, Finnish authorities say.
