The job description posted at the armed forces portal reads that the main task of the job will be to process, evaluate and report on issues related to Russia and High North.

Annual salary for the job is between NOK 448,400 (€56,650) and NOK 472,800 (€59,740) depending on qualifications.
Qualification requested is university or university college education in the fields of social science or humanities. Experience in analytical work and Russian language is also welcomed. English is a must. You must also have the gift of expression and very good assessment ability.
