UPDATE: According to FlashNord the fire, which started at 2PM Moscow time, had been extinguished at 5PM. There are no reports about any casualities.
According to FlashNord, it is the K-266 “Oryol” that is on fire. A 20 square meters large area of the vessel is burning, in the insulation inside the bulkhead. The accident occurred probably during welding, a source says to RIA Novosti.

The vessel’s nuclear reactor was shut down, and the fuel was unloaded before the repairs started, Gazeta reports.
K-266 “Oryol” is one of three Oscar II submarines still serving in the Russian Northern Fleet, all assigned to the 11th Submarine Division, berthed at Guba Bolshaya Lopatka (part of Zapadnaya Litsa, also known as Zaozersk), on the Kola Peninsula northwest of Severomorsk. She was laid down at the Sevmash Shipyard in Severodvinsk on 19 January 1989, according to Wikipedia.
The submarine has been in for repairs since November 2013, Flot.com reads.
