This initiative is made by BarentsObserver with support from the Norwegian Barents Secretariat.
The website, an integrated part of BarentsObserver.com, offers practical information about procedures and regulations when crossing the Norwegian-Russian border, as well as links and contact information to companies, authorities and organisations in the border municipalities of Sør-Varanger and Pechenga. The website is intended to be a permanent initiative, updated regularly with new relevant information.
The section is developed and updated by the BarentsObserver staff together with partner Denis Shirshov in Nikel.
