During his work the governor managed to have meetings with several social organizations and made the following conclusions:
«The people working in one industrial branch are telling me about the existing problems, but cannot work out and suggest a legitimate solution in their sphere of work. The region needs professional unions, clubs and councils introduction. By means of such establishments, interests of the society can be represented as well as problems’ solutions found.
According to Igor Orlov attention should be drawn to culture and communication between people:
«The problem which distracts children from sport and communication is swear- language as language destruction is an element of degradation». The governor was shocked that swear language is used in sport schools, on the sports grounds and what is more it is widely popular among the couches.
Orlov has mentioned several important problems in the sphere of sport. He pointed out that there is a sharp lack of sport opportunities in the region:
“We should put a goal for sport development in the region and work out a strategy, we should construct five sport centers of a high level, which must be made professionally and thoroughly checked”, he says to Dvinainform.
