Each king crab is controlled, weighed and classified. The once which do not meet Troika Seafood's demands are put back in the ocean.

The king crabs are put in to boxes while they are still alive and then transported all over the world. When they arrive to their destination somewhere on the planet within a day or two, they are put into tanks so that restaurant customers can choose fresh king crab from Bugøynes from the menu.
